Active development
Guard is actively developed and may change, be interrupted, or be withdrawn. Features described as planned, including scheduled monitoring and remediation, are not part of the initial service.
Customer responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups, access controls, and security practices for your infrastructure. Guard provides assessment information and recommendations; you remain responsible for decisions and changes made to your environment.
Authorized use
You may use Guard only for DigitalOcean accounts and resources you are authorized to assess. Do not attempt to interfere with the service, access other users’ information, or use it unlawfully.
No warranty
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Guard is provided as available and without warranties. Security assessments can reduce uncertainty, but cannot guarantee the security, availability, or compliance of any system.
